Power seize may force reality check

14 April 2005

By Professor Ron McCallum, Dean of the Faculty of Law at the University of Sydney.

Professor McCallum was delivering the 2005 Kingsley Laffer Memorial Lecture on Industrial Relations. "The High Court may be obliged to draw a line in the sand and limit the relentless advance of the corporations power," he said.
